The Jackson Soccer Club - Tournament Registration Procedure

1. Registration: Registration will take place at Dick's Sporting Goods on Vann Drive from 6:30-8:30 PM Friday. For those requesting a Saturday check in, that will be done at North Park at the officials tent at least one hour prior to your teams first game. This needs to be pre-arranged with our tournament director.
3. Materials required:

• 1. State player cards
• 2. Medical release
• 3. Birth certificate
• 4. 4 copies of the team roster
