Excellent soccer coaches are hard to come by and cost money. Generally speaking, you get what you pay for: low fees often mean inferior coaches or coaches spread too thin. A good coach spread around more than 3 teams is, in our opinion, no longer an effective coach. Also, you may occasionally find the worst of BOTH worlds: you pay top fees AND don't get quality, dedicated coaching, either.
